Power Transformers

We manufacture Power Transformers up to 10 MVA 33 kV class as per relevant standard & customer requirement. Our design is compact to minimize space requirment within substations. Transformers are designed to withstand maximum fault level, short circuit conditions & capapble in carrying its full normal rating continously at any tap.

Earthing Transformers

Neutral Earthing transformers are normally provided in 3- phase system, which is without neutral and earth fault protection. Neutral earthing transformer has zig-zag (interstar) winding to achieve the required zero phase impedance. In addition an auxiliary winding can also be provided to meet the requirement of auxiliary power supply. The range includes up to 33 KV systems and as per the site requirements. Its applications are for the creation of a missing neutral connection from an un-grounded, 3-phase system to permit the grounding of that neutral to an earth reference point and also harmonic mitigation.Having Valid Type Test report up to 1500 Amps Fault Current for 30 Secs as per IS 3151.

Station Transformers

The Unit Auxiliary Transformer provides power to the auxiliary equipment of a power generating station during its normal operation. This transformer is connected directly to the generator out-put by a tap-off of the isolated phase bus duct and thus becomes cheapest source of power to the generating station. Having Type Test up to 1000 kVA 33/0.415 KV station service transformer as per Energy Efficiency Level 2 as per IS 1180.

Dry ( VPI ) Type
